Kindly Clean Co: Service Agreement
To provide the best possible service to all my clients in the Berwick area, I kindly ask that you review my cancellation and access policy:
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
* 48 Hours or More Notice: No fee. I am happy to reschedule your clean to the next available opening.
* 24–48 Hours Notice: A 50% service fee will be charged to cover the lost block of time.
* Less than 24 Hours (or Same Day): The full service fee (100%) will be charged.
2. Access & Lock-Outs
If I arrive for a scheduled booking and cannot access the property (e.g., the key is missing or the alarm is set), I will wait for 20 minutes while trying to contact you. After this time, it will be considered a "Late Cancellation" and the full fee will apply.
3. Payment Terms
* Payment is required on the day of service via Bank Transfer or Cash.
* For first-time deep cleans, a small deposit may be required to secure your booking.
What to include in the Privacy Policy
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
